| Vanilla Man |
Vanilla Man was formed in 2002 and produce all our products locally. We import vanilla pods from Uganda and Madagascar and have a processing plant where we produce a four fold vanilla extract, vanilla paste, powder, seeds (which are only the seeds from the inside of the pods and great for time saving in the kitchen), sugar sticks infused with vanilla (great for fancy tea parties and for upmarket hotels), and the very delicious vanilla syrup which is a decadent addition to any dessert, good with french toast and soft cheeses.
We recently launched our two new vanilla sugar grinders. Both grinders have sugar crystals, vanilla pieces and either coco or cinnamon. This is a delightful sweetner for latte's or cuppocinos, also great with pancakes and the like.
Vanilla Man is based in Langebaan and all orders can be placed via email.
We pride ourselves in suppling the best quality vanilla at all times, and good service is a must.
We supply catering suppliers, deli's, flavouring companies, and restaurants all over South Africa.

| NoMU
STIR |
| NoMu
has just added an exciting new product to their food range called
NoMU Stir which is a re-hydrateable pesto, made completely from
all natural ingredients and not containing any preservatives,
artificial flavors or colorants.
The eccentric benefit to this product
is that it is obviously very hydroscopic, being re-hydrateable
of course. Because of this it is occasionally prone to ‘caking’
or ‘clumping’ together. In a crude way, we need
to explain to consumers that this is actually a benefit since
it indicates the fact that there are no artificial or chemical
agents in this product to avoid exactly this problem. In a
way, it’s actually a great feature, believe it or not,
to find a product like this that does sometimes cake.
Anyway, that’s perhaps something
good and very reassuring to talk about in this super-health
conscious time we live in.
On the main plus side, as a rehydraetable
pesto, you only have to make as much pesto as you need, instead
of using only half the jar of the fresh stuff and then tossing
the rest. The product is also versatile and brilliant on pasta,
bruschetta, as a spread, as a drizzle on salad and even as
a topping for pizza!

Seven
Deadly Sins: They're Divine! |
| Rome
is the home of cappuccino and biscotti and a fitting setting
for the inspiration behind Elements of Spice’s Seven
Deadly Sins. Way back in the 6th Century, Pope Gregory the
Great ranked seven offensives and wicked passions: pride,
envy, wrath, sadness, greed, gluttony and lust. The Church
replaced sadness with sloth 11 centuries later and the Seven
Deadly Sins, as we know them today, became part of the Catholic
religion.
To aid meditation on the Seven
Deadly Sins, Elements of Spice has designed a devilishly enticing
range of flavoured sugars. Sinners used to face a horrid future
in Hell, but with Elements of Spice you can now have a sparkly
future. Use the time to reflect on earthly indulgences and
also consider the Seven Heavenly Virtues: faith, hope, charity,
fortitude, justice, temperance and prudence. Our candy sugar
is wickedly blended with the most heavenly flavours. They’re
fabulously useful for flavouring and decorating food and
they’re decadent gifts for sweethearts and sweet-toothed
friends.
The packaging is also divine.
The most gorgeous colours have been selected for individual
graphics printed onto clear labels. Stylish bottles are made
from recycled glass. The grinders are fully adjustable and
closed with an embossed snap-lock lid. A shimmering silver
label with the words “Enjoy Your Daily Grind”
decorates the grinder.
Go on; seduce your senses with
your favourite sin freshly ground over a treat of choice.
