Yorkshire Puddings (makes 8-10)

Ingredients:

  • 125g flour
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml water
  • 150ml milk

Method:

  1. Mix one egg, water and milk together.
  2. Beat the above mixture into the flour and let t stand for an hour.
  3. Now add another egg and beat vigourously.
  4. Pour into deep patty tins which already contain + - 1 tsp of hot fat/ lard/ dripping

Baking Time:
180°C for 10-15 mins
