Yorkshire Puddings (makes 8-10)

Ingredients:
125g flour
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 eggs
150ml water
150ml milk

Method:
Mix one egg, water and milk together.
Beat the above mixture into the flour and let t stand for an hour.
Now add another egg and beat vigourously.
Pour into deep patty tins which already contain + - 1 tsp of hot fat/ lard/ dripping

Baking Time:

180°C for 10-15 mins
