Yogurt / Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

1 Small tub (175 ml)
Plain Yoghurt
1
Small tub Sunflower Oil
2
Small tub Sugar
3
Small tub Self Raising Flour
3 Extra Large Eggs
1 tsp vanilla ess
Pinch of salt

Method:
Empty yoghurt into mixing bowl Add rest of ingregients Mix with beater Pour into greased large ring tin Bake at 180 for 35/40 mins and then allow to cool and then turn out. GLACE ICING - Mix approx 300 ml icing sugar with a little lemon juice (not too runny) Pour over cake.
