Yogurt / Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Small tub (175 ml)Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 Small tub Sunflower Oil
  • 2 Small tub Sugar
  • 3 Small tub Self Raising Flour
  • 3 Extra Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla ess
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Empty yoghurt into mixing bowl
  2. Add rest of ingredients
  3. Mix with beater
  4. Pour into greased large ring tin
  5. Bake at 180 for 35/40 mins and then allow to cool and then turn out.
  6. GLACE ICING - Mix approx 300 ml icing sugar with a little lemon juice (not too runny) Pour over cake.
