Meringues (makes +- 12)

Ingredients:
1 cup castor sugar (or plain white sugar)
1tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tablespoons boiling water
1 egg white
1tsp baking powder

Method:
Mix all ingredients together except baking powder. Beat for 10-15 minutes until stiff and then fold in 1 tsp baking powder.

Cooking Time & Temperature:
Bake at 125°C for 1 hour and then let cool for one hour.
