Cream Cheese & Sweet Chilli Sauce Appetizers (serves 10-12)

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices Rye bread
  • 1 tub Philadelphia's spreadable Cream Cheese
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Small Bunch of Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Spread cream cheese onto Rye bread making sure that every corner is covered with cream cheese - spread on relatively thick.
  2. Using a circular pastry punch, punch out 4 pieces of bread per slice ie. so that you land up with 16 round pieces all together.
  3. Place a half a teaspoon of sweet chillie sauce on top of the cream cheese and then place a single coriander leaf on top of the sweet chilli sauce. This looks very effective and tasty!

Variation:
Instead of Sweet Chilli Sauce you can place small rolls of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and garnish with a thin slice of lemon.
