Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (397g) unsweetened pie apples
  • 5ml Cinnamon
  • 25ml Sugar
  • 25ml Raisins
  • 120g Flour (250ml)
  • 100g Brown Sugar (125ml)
  • 90g Margarine (90ml)

Method:

  1. Mix apples, cinnamon, sugar and raisins and place in a greased pie plate
  2. Sift flour and brown sugar and rub in margarine (crumble mixture)
  3. Sprinkle crumble mixture over the apples

Baking Time:

  1. Bake at 200° C for 30 minutes
  2. Serve hot or cold with cream
