Canapes (on arrival with champagne)

Prawn skewers with lemon coriander mayo
Tuna and wasabi with pickled ginger on wonton wedges
Soft spring rolls with chicken, mint and coriander
Prawn crackers with sweet chilli dip
Caprese spoons (tomato, mozzarella, basil and pesto)

Sesame fillet seared noodle salad served with
ginger-lemon dressing

Creamy coconut chicken curry with cashew nuts
Dry style pork belly curry in marinated overnight and served with
lemon zest and coriander
