Warwick's Chef School has been operating since 1991, and offers a six months, full time, intensive chef training course, aimed at students wanting to make a career as a chef in the hospitality industry.
We believe in preparing students for the pressured reality of this industry, and to make them aware of the demands of this way of life. We have created our training environment to resemble the operating restaurant / hotel kitchen, where intensive practical training is given on a daily basis.
Warwick’s accepts 24 students per intake, but classes are limited to 12, with four full-time and seven part-time lecturers maintaining a high standard of personalised chef training .
The school consists of a temperature controlled pastry section, a large practical training kitchen and an auditorium style lecture room with library. Practical work experience is gained in our 40 seater a la carte restaurant and our 100 seater function facility.
The Warwick's course also offers a City & Guilds International qualification, besides the Diploma as Commis chef awarded to successful candidates.
Acceptances are done six (6) months to a year in advance. A list of accommodation, available to the students, is sent to you once you have been accepted.
