Top Nosh is a Cape Town based cooking school for beginners and enthusiastic food lovers and offers courses / classes to learn new skills in a fun environment. We also offer fine dine catering for dinner parties. The school is run by professional chef Nadin Pospech.

Nadin has been a chef for 15 years and has worked in top international hotels such as Fischerzunft in Switzerland and locally at The Grande Roche, Ellerman House and Cellars’ Hohenhort.

Her professional kitchen offers Nadin the opportunity to share her knowledge and expertise with people from all walks of life who are interested in acquiring basic cooking skills to add variety and spice to their repertoire of dinner fare.

The most popular is our 6 lesson basic course.

In addition we offer themed cooking lessons such as Vegetarian, Sushi, Thai Food, Bachelors / Bachelorettes Cooking, Fine Dining and French Cuisine, 2-3 course Dinners, Seafood and Xmas baking, food & wine pairing and cooking classes with a professional wine master are just to name a few. We also offer a 6 lesson course for domestic workers who want to learn about basic cooking skills, nutrition and hygiene.

If you need a personalized menu for your next get together then our dinner party class offers all the inspiration you will need.

Class sizes are small to allow for individual attention. The emphasis is on having fun while learning. You bring a drink and we supply everything from the apron to the sink.
