Cooking Course

Join this 4 lesson Culinary Journey with Sense of Taste and Windhoek Draught Chef Peter Ayub shares his passion for food and cooking through a four class course. His cooking course is renowned and well followed! Poultry, seafood, pasta including making raviolli with the age old stick method, vegetables, Beef, sauces and from knife skills to making Turkish Borek, are only some of the topics covered. After spending 4 Tuesdays with Chef Ayub, you will be the master of your own kitchen.

A full main course will be prepared each evening by each person (the “chefs in action”) The four lessons includes all your ingredients, a sumptuous feast each evening, drinks on the evening, a memento apron, the best possible cooking knowledge you could ever dream of and NATURALLY Loads of fun!

Corporate Cook Offs - Teambuilding with a difference

This culinary experience is an ideal way for staff to interact with one another and improve their working relationships.

Corporate Cook offs are a great medium for networking as well as entertaining clients.

The” hands on” approach of cooking is the perfect way to promote communication and motivation. Participants will feel comfortable and at ease, in this fun, relaxed environment. Cook offs will take place in a fully equipped chef's kitchen, each having their own work station, equipment, a memento apron and all ingredients and drinks for the evening.
