We offer a full time, 18 month Diploma course, and it is our mission to train and develop chefs to operate across all sectors of the food industry, predominantly in the culinary arts. The quality of our education is matched with equivalent ingredients that our students use, (such as Iranian caviar, Italian truffles and Belgian couverture chocolate) in order to maximize the experience they are getting.
They will also have sufficient knowledge and practical experience in F&B service and management skills gained through our top 100 rated on site restaurant, to widen their employment opportunities, and ultimately manage their own business.
