The Northgate Cooking School is the ideal venue to build spirit and camaraderie amongst colleagues and friends alike. Cooking has a unique way of combining the social side of team building with the focus and mental drive necessary to make a success of the evening, by working together as a team to conquer the unknown of the culinary world. The great part about the experience is that everybody gets to literally eat the fruits of their labour. This is a unique experience to be able to dine with your colleagues and friends in a homely, relaxed environment with a large bountiful buffet of food, prepared by you yourself.
Our venue is in the heart of the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, which makes it central, easily accessible and very convenient. We aim to always make our guests feel welcome and at home in our cottage inspired double story thatch house. There will always be chefs on standby to help with the cooking, so there is no need to fret about not being able to cook. All the ingredients in the recipe will also have been prepared, weighed and measured for you, so it is literally just throwing things together in a logical order – the recipe will help with that, and if you don’t understand then the chefs will also be there to assist.
