guests, for the everyday supper that they are serving to their
family, for the regular South African braai, as well as when making
desserts and baking.

functions, where a personal touch and attention to detail is required.
Meryl grew up in Durban,
South Africa, trained as a chef locally and then trained at Leith’s
School of Food and Wine, in London www.leiths.com
After qualifying she worked in various places in Great Britain,
including a shooting Lodge in Scotland as featured at www.ardverikie.com
now used as the set for Monarch of the Glen, a BBC TV Series.
She worked at Mala Mala Game Reserve and Hartford Country House
