Imagination Food Design is an outside catering company based at the Old Grey club just off Mount Rd in Port Elizabeth Owned by Dean Dickinson. The Company specializes in product launches, store openings conferencing, weddings anything from private dinners for 20 to party’s of up to 2000 sit down.
Our focus is attention to detail and taste and our team is passionate about food. The Owner Dean Dickinson spent seven years working in London and has had the opportunity to cater for some of the most prestigious events in the UK including the British film awards, The Royal box at Wimbledon, The Chelsea flower show, the Common wealth games in 2002 as well as Celebrate South Africa catering for 32 000 pax over two days.
Dean was executive head chef for Goldman Sachs Fleet Street and Development chef for Canapés Direct in London. He was also Executive head chef for Department of trade and industries and has spent time working in Harrods Georgian restaurant amongst others in London.
