Absolute food catering and events is what we like to call a ‘fresh ideas’ business, it is owned by Prenala and Tristan Latouf who have brought their international talents back from overseas, no job is too small or big for us, from a intimate dinner for two, to plated meals for 1500. Our company’s lifestyle is food, decor and passion, to any style of function including beautiful food, flowers, ice sculptors, magnificent table settings, professional waiters and smooth execution.

Executive Chef Tristan Latouf is a self taught, young dynamic individual who opened his first restaurant when he was 19 and ran it successfully for 2 years, after wanting international experience he landed up in Florida cooking in 5 star golf courses and then moving his way up to new York city. He then heard of a once in a lifetime position in London, heading up Antonio Carluccios restaurant in Covent garden where he spent a year before returning to fulfill his dream of a family run business, where he is today, together in partnership with his wife Prenala.

Prenala is a qualified designer with a keen eye for detail and is known to put the opposition to shame with her new ideas, table settings, flower arrangements and smoothness of functions, her style is unique, fresh, vibrant, colourful, striking and is definitely a step ahead of the pack
