Guests are still raving about our wedding food! Yes, it was absolutely delicious. Ros, from Olive Twist Boutique Catering Company, together with her professional team, prepared an amazing array of asian style foods. Although for dessert we had to have some traditional choices!!
I missed out on some of the canapes because we were having photographs taken but of what I did taste - WOW! they even matched the garnishes to our colour scheme which was pink and green. Besides the food though, Olive Twist was professional, they cleaned up afterwards, they knew exactly how to time the food and when to serve everything. The waitresses were also excellent and they simply got on with their work and we hardly even noticed them.
Ros came and did a site visit before the big day so that she could see what she had to work with and the layout of the kitchen. She suggested a number of things for the menu and also takes into consideration the foods that you like and works with that. So all in all we were extremely impressed and will definintely be using Olive Twist again for a dinner party!

Dry style pork belly curry marinated overnight and servedwith lemon zest and coriander
