Training:
All our staff be it Waiters or Barmen undergo three weeks of intensive training at our on site training facilities.
Our staff is coached in service excellence from start to finish and has to be intimately familiar with the Silver Line Procedure Manual which covers every conceivable end of the Food and Beverage industry.
Testing:
Upon completion of the 3 week training course we enter our staff into the Testing phase, where we deal with scenarios and efficiency in practice.
Experience:
We provide experienced staff only, as we believe it to be of paramount importance.
